Most of them were dirty, the grounds were not maintained, no onsite management, the owner only available to collect the rent! there were few amenities, and the biggest factor for me was I did not feel safe in any of them! When I saw Clean Living online, it was very different because it was easy to see that the park was highly maintained, the park is fully fenced, and it has the electric gate! For me that was the safety feature I was looking for! And then I visited, and met Ashley, the Park Manager. Ashley is the heart and soul of the Park! She is a hard worker, very smart, very caring, she takes care of residents needs, keeps the Park in impecable shape! The owner, Lance is a hands-on owner, he is at the Park almost ever day, working, making improvements, and chatting with residents!""
